Job description
As part of our strong development, we are looking for a bilingual Dutch-speaking Customer Care Assistant to take care of our adventurous customers in the Dutch-speaking area (Netherlands, Belgium).
You will work under the supervision of the Customer Experience Manager and in collaboration with our HardGuides (product experts):
You will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls, live-chat and emails from customers and prospects
- Solve customer problems by providing a quick and appropriate response
- To ensure the correct dispatch of parcels and the respect of deadlines
- Ensure that the Hardloop website is well rated by customers (Reviews+>95%)
- Participate in the development and optimisation of customer service tools
- Provide continuous improvement ideas to increase customer satisfaction (NPS >70)
- Provide technical advice to customers on outdoor equipment would be a plus!
Preferred experience

- You have a sense of customer service
- You are rigorous and demanding
- You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French
- You have a good spelling and a very good elocution
- You have a good sense of detail
- You are enthusiastic, optimistic, friendly and energetic
A keen interest in the outdoor environment (brands, products, sports, etc.) and regular practice will be highly appreciated. We do well what we do with pleasure!
