Your mission as a Growth & CRM Specialist at Groover will be to manage & activate Groover’s customers and curators database to ensure recruiting and engaging them in line with Groover’s values
Define and Deploy the Growth & CRM strategy roadmap for France and Abroad in order to build engagement and loyalty with our artists
Drive the planning & implementation of CRM activity, ensuring coordination with key stakeholders ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently
> Define and implement relevant customers segmentations
> Ensure consistency in graphics and wording for all email activations
> Ensure curators database management and activations
> Help with inputs on Groover monthly newsletters production
> Hugely increase global customer database
Increase our reach and engagement : build and drive test and learn programs to develop & optimise CRM best practices, measure against key CRM KPIs to drive improvements across CRM performance
>Test, learn, iterate, empower people to drive efficient growth through qualitative A/B testing.
>Improve Customer Lifetime value understanding
>Increase opted-in database customers activation
>Increase average customer basket & lifetime value
