As the first product marketing manager Product Marketing Manager, you will report directly into our Head of Growth and be responsible for leading our marketing strategy to position, launch and grow key Greenly products. You will work in tight relation with the whole marketing department (Brand Marketing and Growth Marketing), as well as with other teams across the company (Product, Business).
Your mission
Creation of a product marketing strategy
- Positioning & Strategy: Create powerful product value propositions, based on B2B customer segmentation, competitive data and market trends
- Messaging & Storytelling: Develop content that articulates the benefits of our products for all key marketing channels (from website pages to product videos, emails, event activations, media campaigns, sales documentation, etc.)
- Own the product marketing framework for all launches and releases.
- Be the link between the different teams (sales, product, marketing etc…) and ensure that the teams have and communicate the right information.
- Roadmap Planning & Support: collaborate with the Product team to support product roadmap and help identify improvement opportunities
- Go-to-market Strategy: Build plans that support product adoption and retention, leveraging all relevant channels in collaboration with Growth Marketing team
Understanding our personas
- Collect feedback from the sales team, account managers and directly from customers to adapt product positioning and innovation.
- Articulate each persona and develop internal sales materials and tools relevant to segments and personas.
- Develop a clear and deep understanding of target segments, personas and use cases.
Tracking & Reporting
- Tracking & Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of your marketing programs and optimize your activity accordingly
