You will work with both, our Loyalty and Connect tribes. Connect builds and operates white label eCommerce portals for the largest media publishers in the world (e.g. CNN, LeMonde, Elpais, Business Insider, Focus Online, etc.), offering Commerce Content solutions such as coupons, deals, shopping recommendations, and reviews. Our ambition is to help consumers to make the best purchase decision. The tribe traces its origins back to 2012 and operates across 21 markets in Europe, North America, APAC, and Latin America.

Loyalty is our top-3 European consumer membership program consisting of multiple brands. We are generating savings in online shopping for millions of consumers in multiple markets across Europe. We have already saved our shopping community more than 100 million euros on their favorite online shops, such as Zalando, Aliexpress, Shine, Booking, and Cdiscount. We build top-notch products, including a website, mobile applications, a browser extension, and payment services to help our users get their rewards easily and seamlessly!

We are currently looking for a Vice President of Design (m/f/d) to join and lead our Design Team in our office in Madrid. Our Design team is user-centric and discovery-minded, working in an agile and cross-functional environment. Our designers and researchers support company OKRs to deliver and drive the product and tech outcomes by creating foundational design and research structures. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

• Develop user-centered Design Vision and Principles and bring them to life
• Work with the leadership team to shape the company’s product and design strategy
• Lead, develop, and support our existing Design team as well as build it up and shape it according to the vision
• Drive the development of design principles to enable launching new propositions in multiple markets quickly and seamlessly
• Closely align with all internal and external stakeholders to promote your Design Vision and Principles

We are a match if you have...

• Proven track record of designing and launching digital consumer-facing products at scale
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and strong visual communication skills
• Proven ability to both deliver a bold vision and iterate quickly on concepts to arrive at an amazing customer experience
• Hands-on experience in leading a team of designers spread throughout several European countries
• Thorough understanding of the trends in digital product design and brand visual systems as well as customer purchase behaviors, and behavioral trends
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive forward the needed business and culture transformations
