Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Lead to join the People and Culture teamto take charge of our go to market communications and wow our global candidate audience.

We seek a person to: 

  • Take full oversight and ownership of all our recruitment marketing activity - planning, calendars, campaigns and reporting
  • Report on tracking, reporting, and analysis of analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Work closely with our recruiting team to support candidate generation via marketing outreach programs
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of end to end processes and focus on the Candidate Journey and experience
  • Work with external partners to ensure that all campaigns, marketing, advertising, channel management and media is up to date and optimised for best results
  • Liaise closely with our internal PR, branding and marketing communications teams to ensure brand continuity
  • Manage internal marketing campaigns to support recruitment such as referrals
  • Manage and address candidate and new starter reviews and feedback across all platforms - inc. Indeed, Glassdoor, Google etc
