We are currently looking for an experienced hybrid profile of an Office Manager for our office in Paris, who is passionate about supporting our management team on different projects and will also ensure that our employees get the best possible office experience. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will: 

Project Management:

  • Align, implement, and run any current/potential strategy deployment from company level down to tribe level
  • Chief of Staff contact person to provide information from a tribe perspective (in this case, our Cashback tribe)
  • Support Chief of Staff on tracking status of company OKR
  • Cascade and execute any processes coming from the company level
  • Interface / contact between tribe leads and teams on organizational / process matters
  • Provide any applicable slide inputs for tribe leads that are requested on a group level
  • Lead or manage any strategic projects delegated by the tribe leads
  • Internal communication : define all-hands meetings agendas, align with tribe leads on the storyline, organize and prepare the slide presentation

Office Management: 

  • Plan, organize and execute all in-house company events
  • Organize and structure all office management tasks in our Paris office (sorting mail, scan invoices, management office equipment and business contracts such as phones)
  • Make sure all needs of our people regarding the Paris office are met (e.g. fridge and supply closet are filled with our favorites)
  • Be in charge of ad-hoc projects such as the rethinking of our office spaces
  • Align with other regional offices all around the world to harmonize processes
  • Be the first point of contact for building and facility management of the Paris office
  • Be the heart of the company
