You will work for our Loyalty tribe, which includes three portals: iGraal, Shoop, and Pouch, European leaders in cashback and rewards. These platforms alert customers with the best deals from customers' favourite websites and mobile apps to enjoy cashback and money-saving services instantly. Our brands offer customers cash rewards within a network of more than 4,000 online merchants and top-tier brands. As a result, since 2010, we have redistributed over €100 million in cashback.
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our Account Management team in Paris to work in iGraal the leading French and top-2 European cashback/loyalty company. Their tech solutions include a browser extension that alerts customers with discounts from customers' favorite websites and a mobile app to enjoy cashback services instantly. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Negotiate the best cashback offers with advertisers’ for the FR team
- Manage a diverse portfolio of top and medium sized accounts within your region
- Build and cultivate relationships via meetings/phone/email with existing partners
- Supervise work of one Account Coordinator and collaborate on projects and initiatives
- Drive results among partners by consulting their needs of the cashback channel
- Track and analyze success metrics and KPIs on your accounts
- Build and present performances review
- Provide and develop campaigns optimisation & recommendations
- Initiate and focus on opportunities and solutions for partners
We are a match if you have...
- 1 to 2 years experience preferably in affiliate marketing/sales/ account management/ partnership management
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint management skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills, excels in building relationships
- Strong knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
- Strong partner relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
- Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking
- BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar.
- Fluent in French and English
