We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager (m/f/d) to join our Engineering team in our office in London. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision.

• Hands-on experience as Senior/Principal Software Engineer or Tech Lead
• Knowledge of good engineering patterns that support a highly scalable, secure and robust architecture for a product platform
• Ability to build trust with teammates and senior team members across the business
• Interest or experience with any of the following technologies: AWS Services, ElasticSearch, Relational and NoSql DBs, messaging and queuing solutions, GraphQl, Java, SpringBoot, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular, NodeJS, React, Docker
