We are currently looking for a Director of Performance Marketing (m/f/d) to join our Global Marketing Team. Our Marketing Team contributes to the growth and profitability of the company by managing campaigns on paid marketing channels. Performance Marketing and CRM specialists use their complementary skills to target the best audiences and meet advertising needs quickly and cost-efficiently. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Lead a team of performance marketing professionals, be part of the global marketing leadership team as well as work hand in hand with the Product and Business Intelligence teams to achieve outstanding user growth
  • Play a key role in steering the operational budget allocation across marketing channels
  • Define our Marketing Strategy to increase customer acquisition and grow our customer base for Connect & Loyalty function 
  • Steer the marketing channel mix, deep dive into data and improve the overall performance of the marketing team
  • Set a strategy and define clear goals and KPIs for the team to achieve in a method you see fits best

We are a match if you have...

  • A degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in Performance Marketing 
  • At least 4 year experience in people management that include communication, leadership, delegation, motivation, training and even performance feedback
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company, digital or e-commerce sector 
  • Experience with marketing automation
  • A get things done & thinking out of the box mindset
  • Entrepreneurial and great at stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills. You are at ease with numbers and have developed a logical mind that allows you to make data-driven decisions.
  • An excellent written and spoken communication in English
