We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agentfor our office in Pariswho is passionate about customer relationships. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Independent management of inquiries, claims and complaints from iGraal's FR support members via a Ticket System and social media
  • Complaints and reclamation management
  • Creation of solution in cooperation with IT and CRM 
  • Management of Member Accounts and Payments
  • Termination processing incl. termination defense / customer recovery
  • Monitoring of support activities in terms of processing time and quality
  • Identification, analysis and defense of fraud cases in the context of fraud management

We are a match if you have...

  • A strong Customer focus oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
  • A first professional experience (incl. internships) would be an asset
  • A very good French level and English
  • Good knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector, with a clear enthusiasm for affiliate marketing, couponing and online shopping
  • Good partner relationship management skills
