Tomáš has been working as Treasury Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for over four years. He is part of the US Corporate Treasury team, whose main mission is managing cash and liquidity across company group, building relationships with banking partners and also mitigating operational and financial risks. At the Shared Services Centre, he works in a smaller team of two.
Tomáš joined the company for a number of reasons – his wish to work for a multinational industrial company with a long history and also the particular role that matched his desired development ideas.
Noelia started with IR 2 years ago as a Team Supervisor in the Market Service and most recently as a Project and Process Improvement Analyst, where she is responsible for improving customer service processes. Noelia defines the nature of her profession as "thinking out of the box".
She interacts across several teams in process improvement, which allows her to become more familiar with a broad team and also to gain diverse experience. She looks forward to the challenges that the projects within her new position will bring.
Andrea, as an Accountant, manages the books of all internal suppliers. She handles the challenges and tasks of her job with ease thanks to the team of colleagues she can rely on. In her work, she often moves between individual tasks and teamwork. She uses all her professional skills on a daily basis.
And what qualities does she think would be a great advantage in a new colleague? Independence, responsibility and the ability to make a sober judgment as to whether one is sufficient for the tasks assigned and when it is appropriate to ask for help from a colleague.
Nezir's journey with IR began more than 2 years ago as a Sales Coordinator. Today, he is already working as a Team Supervisor (Compressors Mediterranean), where he handles customer service, works on sales support reports and process improvement in addition to leading the team. In short, everything that leads to client satisfaction.
Nezir leads a team of 19 people with support for five countries. What he appreciates about IR is the opportunity for career growth and the open leadership and team spirit.
Ivana has been working at IR for over 6 months as a Global Sourcing Analyst. In her position she is responsible for reporting and forecasting in the EMEIA region in the Sourcing department. Her team is spread across Europe and India. Although most of the communication is through emails and calls, she really enjoys teamwork.
Although she still considers herself a beginner in the company, she says she has already gained a lot of valuable experience in being able to collaborate on large projects. She rates IR as a company open to opinions and recommends it to candidates looking for a flexible but responsible profession.
