📝 Role Overview
The Key Account Agent supports our Portuguese B2B clients (dealership network) in claiming replacement hire invoices and securing payments from Stellantis Warranty.
This role is essential for ensuring compliance with warranty processes and maintaining efficient communication between dealerships and internal teams.
🎯 Responsibilities
* Support Portuguese B2B clients in claiming replacement hire invoices and securing payments.
* Cross-check warranty coverage information provided by dealers and ensure compliance.

Identify and communicate gaps in coverage; assist in resolving discrepancies.
Maintain daily communication with clients via email and phone.
*
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
*
Collaborate with internal teams to improve and streamline processes.
*
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to operational changes.
🧠 Your Profile
*
Education / Degree : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field .
*Technical & Analytical Skills :
-Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
-Basic understanding of invoicing or warranty processes is a plus.
-Experience (Preferred) Background in B2B support, warranty processing, or automotive services is an advantage.
*Languages:
-Fluent Portuguese (mandatory)
-Professional English(mandatory)
-French is a plus
