Roles and responsibilities

Working closely to the management team and on the sales floor, you will manage the sales operation team and contribute actively to the improvement of processes to support the sales team, Flowdesk clients and overall business performance.

As the head of sales operations, you will :

  • Lead the sales operations team, monitor the effectiveness of sales efforts, ensuring that the right tools are in place to monitor and support the business.
  • Work closely with the sales team as well as the onboarding and legal team to ensure accurate internal tracking of prospects as well as clients activity. Identify pains and areas for improvement by observing our sales practices.
  • Lead existing initiatives to improve clients retention and communication with Flowdesk in a challenging market where crypto is open 24/7 - this includes but is not limited to leading with the implementation of SalesForce, as well as working on new client servicing initiatives
  • Lead a team that will work on operations demanded by the Front Office (for example a trading pair amendment in contract, invoices or trade confirmation issuances), and which will also collaborate with Flowdesk Middle Office (settlements, custody withdrawal demands).
  • Be the owner of our CRM (Salesforce) and its integrity to effectively improve all general sales and lead operations.
  • Provide and put in place tools and methodology to improve productivity and reduce redundancies in processes.

Preferred experience

Background and experience:

  • 5+ experience in a sales operation department in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of driving initiatives, handling projects, implementing new processes.
  • Previous experience leading processes implementations in a startup a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and its integration. Other relevant CRM is appreciated.
  • Interest and knowledge about crypto markets and financial markets overall is a plus
