Roles and responsibilities:

• Cover existing Market making clients for Flowdesk, answer their questions and address their needs, provide trading updates to the client when necessary.
• Ensure fluid trading by liaising with clients for ad-hoc trading operations and address client ad-hoc demands
• Close collaboration with the rest of the sales team as well as the trading, devs and legal teams
• Overall support to the global sales team (including Singapore desk)
• Participate in regular client coverage calls with the solution solutions sales

Skills and personality

• Genuine interest for cryptocurrency markets
• Team player but autonomous, curious and eager to learn
• Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise tasks
• Strong written and verbal skills, fluent in English is mandatory

Required Profile

• Profeciency in English
• Experience in a client-facing seat or ops in financial services (account management/ relationship management), or cryptocurrency
• Strong people skills and ability to multitask
