Cover existing Market making clients for Flowdesk, answer their questions and address their needs, provide trading updates to the client when necessary.
Ensure fluid trading by liaising with clients for ad-hoc trading operations and address client ad-hoc demands
Close collaboration with the rest of the sales team as well as the trading, devs and legal teams
Overall support to the global sales team (including Singapore desk)
Participate in regular client coverage calls with the solution solutions sales
Skills and personality:
Genuine interest for cryptocurrency markets
Team player but autonomous, curious and eager to learn
Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise tasks
Strong written and verbal skills, fluent in English is mandatory
Required Profile :
-2 to 3 years in a client- facing seat or ops. in financial services (account management/relationship management) or cryptocurrency.
-Strong people skills and ability to multitask.
