The position

Job description

**Roles and responsibilities

Day-to-day assistance
-Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO on special projects.
-Serve as a subject matter expert, in handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
-Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating meetings and scheduling facilities.
-Serve as liaison between senior leaders, and CEO, with project updates, proposals, and planning.
-Support CEO in setting the overall strategy of the company and in day-to-day operations
Reporting

Reporting

  • Create investor updates, pitch decks, speeches guidelines and presentations
  • Act as the communication arm for the CEO with team members, clients, investors, community members, and other stakeholders

Projects
Run special projects when it is essential within a stipulated timelines.
Serve as a proxy for the CEO by attending meetings in place of the CEO and making decisions on the CEO’s behalf.


Preferred experience

Skills and personality:

-Rigorous and detail oriented
-Pro-active and solution-oriented mindset; Problem solver and self-starter (critical thinking is key)
-Analytical and data-driven
-Excellent communicator written/verbal form in English, proficiency in French is a plus
-Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
-Comfortable with technology, startup and crypto/web3

Background and experience:

-2-5 years experience in a financial, startup or a consulting experience with a focus on Operations management
-Experience with working in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
-Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
-Ability to multitask and switch context is mandatory
-Experience in a crypto is a plus
