We are currently looking for a full-time Business developer / high-energy KA Manager, with a solid business-to-business international experience in the eyewear industry.
You will play a key role in the strategic positioning and the expansion of FittingBox in the North America market.
Overall, we looking for a hunter capable of building strong long term relationships with eyewear industry Key Accounts (i.e. manufacturers, buying groups, retail chains, opticians and optometrists networks, multi-owners, distributors, etc.).
Your role will be also to :
- Acquire new market shares and new customers
- Expand relationships and penetrate further existing clients (i.e., upsell)
- Ensure that clients renew their contracts with FittingBox (i.e., retain)
- Define the forecast yearly sales objectives
You will report to the General Manager
- Consistently meet/exceed established targets and quotas
- Proactively and accurately report and manage opportunity/pipeline and forecast data in the Company’s CRM application (currently Hubspot)
- Support the sales & customer success team members during the sales process including, but not limited to qualifying opportunities, building relationships with prospects, attending prospect meetings, negotiating, etc.
- Monitor technological and competitive intelligence
- Realize demonstration and/or training session for the sales agents and/or the distributors of the Company for the allocated area
- Participate in professional optical events, such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions and meetings
- Drive and supervise the monthly KPIs
- Seek continuous improvement in all aspects of the sales capability across people, process and technology
- Represent and broadcast the reputation, the characteristics and values of FittingBox within the US
- This position will be administratively attached to our subsidiary based in Miami, but can also consider in a remote office.
Success in this role will provide additional opportunities for growth such as significant financial upside.
Frequent travels are foreseeable (North America area mainly) + 1 or 2 trips in Europe per year.
This position does not include team management
