About the job & responsibilities

To support Fintecture’s strategy and our international expansion, we are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager (role creation) for the Spanish market. Based in Spain or France (full remote work accepted).

🎯 Your Responsibilities

As a member of the HR team and in direct connection with Lina, our Chief People Officer, your role will be to manage the full-cycle tech recruitment process: Back-End and Front-End Developers, DevOps, Tech Product Manager, Data Scientists… You will actively support our growth and establish yourself as an entrusted business partner with hiring managers in order to meet our ambitious goals (60+ new open roles in 2022).

You will be in charge of:

  • Manage the whole candidate experience in your perimeter to ensure that the sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and communication processes run smoothly;
  • Find the best tech candidates via multiple channels, with a focus on direct sourcing;
  • Identify key requirements and needs for each role in collaboration with hiring managers and HR team;
  • Source diverse channels to catch the best profiles for our tech teams (direct sourcing, social networks, job boards, referrals, events…);
  • Conduct resume screening and phone screening to identify qualified candidates for hiring managers;
  • Build and sustain a pool of qualified candidates through our ATS.

Preferred experience

🏆 About you

  • Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in recruiting (tech) talent in-house or in a recruitment agency;
  • You have good knowledge of Tech and IT roles, ideally acquired in a high growth/scale-up environment;
  • Experience using direct sourcing methods and engaging passive (and demanding) candidates has no secrets for you :-);
  • This role requires exceptional communication skills both while working internally with hiring managers, and externally with candidates;
  • You speak Spanish and English fluently.
