The position

Job description

The aim of the Sales Team is to deliver the Fieldbox solution to these organisations. The Account Executive objectives are to find, qualify,pursue and close new business opportunities. Each of our prospects and clients are different and are seeking to enhance their unique industrial operations through the use of software, algorithms and AI. The role of the Account Executive is to see these distinctions as opportunities for creative thinking and tailors their approach, rather than relying on past strategies.
Thanks to their deep knowledge of the solutions we can tailor and their applicability to complex business and industrial challenges, the Account Executive nurtures existing relationships and works hard to build new ones.

Main Missions

  • Identify potential target accounts through online and offline networking, and deliver account mappings and plannings with the help of the BDR and Marketing Team
  • Creating and delivering effective sales presentations and pitches,
  • Articulate clearly and convincingly the benefits of FieldBox.ai to customers at all levels, examples include; C-level Executives (COO, CIO, CDO…), Site Managers, IT/Data Staff and End-users/Operators.
  • Understand the business value and underlying technical requirements with the help of the Presales Team.
  • Find key trends through data analysis,
  • Handle negotiations and overcoming potential concerns,
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and company solutions,
  • Exceed stated sales quota by winning and closing enterprise contracts,
  • Contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our office in Bordeaux or Paris.

Preferred experience

Profile
You are autonomous and flexible, enjoy learning as much as doing, and know how to communicate your ideas.
We are looking for talents with the following qualifications:

  • 6+ years of full-time corporate sales (software and service sales is a plus),
  • Proven track record of lead responsibilities closing complex deals,
  • Familiare with sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC,
  • Exposure to industrial engineering and/or industrial data,
  • Exposure to B2B software sales,
  • Familiar with CRM tools (we are using Hubspot)
  • Excellent language skills both in French and English. A third language is a plus.

We are also looking for the following attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to compellingly articulate Fieldbox’s product offering to audiences with various backgrounds (technical & business) and seniority,
  • Ability to understand potential customer requirements and how FieldBox.ai’s solutions can address them,
  • Tenacity, able to evolve in a challenging environment and to take a step back when necessary,
  • Demonstrated sales skills and a love of getting things done, no matter the circumstances,
  • Experience building and managing relationships, and collaborating with internal partners and external counterparts.
