Come pursue a career in Accounts Payable as a PAYABLES ANALYST INTERN with Spanish

You will:

  • Process all the data from electronic images that need to be filled in correctly.
  • Check the invoice compliance with the minimum invoice requirements based on country specifics.
  • Based on the type of document (NPO, PO), you will checck additional data as well (approvals, purchase order, comments and vendor accuracy).
  • In case any issue is detected and the posting can't be finished, you will involve more experienced colleagues, other departments or Supervisor according to the type of issue.
