The position

Job description

What role will you play in our team:

  • You will support the ongoing updates of branded websites from around the world that are hosted on a shared website platform. These updates include content changes, technical changes and data updates.
  • You will conduct acceptance testing on various new changes as needed to make sure website changes have been completed successfully.
  • You will help internal marketing teams, agencies and other relevant parties understand the process for maintaining the websites
  • You will coordinate and implement ongoing updates of ExxonMobil’s product data sheets (PDSs) through our content management system (CMS)

Preferred experience

What are we looking for:

  • Marketing or other related education/background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for technology and experience in working with technology
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency (Written and spoken) in English
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and can articulate them to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
  • Experience in working with websites or content management systems is a plus
