Job description

• Generate and develop new business leads through prospecting efforts
• Own and accurately qualify leads by building relationships with key decision- makers identifying their needs and issues
• Demonstrate the solution to potential clients when needed
• Set up meetings for the sales team with qualified accounts and prospects
• Maintain effective time management skills to manage pipeline and drive a high volume of leads to the sales team
• Deliver on weekly KPIs for outreach, worked accounts and qualified meetings set
• Stay on top of the latest knowledge around Expensya products in order to effectively communicate on the value proposition with prospects
• Properly document all customer interactions on the CRM
• Attend recurring sales trainings if necessary

Preferred experience

• Minimum 2 years of customer facing experience
• Fluent level of spanish or german (C1/C2)
• Experience with outbound prospecting preferred
• Very good knowledge of Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, problem-solving skills are a must
• Strong communicator with excellent persuasive skills, curious, energetic and who can work well in a team environment.
• Ability to mine available knowledge bases to find answers quickly
• Highly self-motivated and well-organized, able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Innovative in coming up with new ideas and new ways to put them to action, try new things and provide actionable feedback
