Job description
Our mission in the Growth & Performance department is to put the largest number of travelers with the most mature travel intentions possible into the hands of the best local experts.
Within our department, you are part of the Acquisition team. The role of this team is to drive qualified traffic in the 5 markets (FR, ES, DE, IT, NL) by responding to users’ intentions in order to make them convert.
You will be responsible for generating and converting organic traffic to achieve our growth objectives on all Evaneos websites, always in a profitable growth perspective.
Your main responsibilities will be :
>Define and implement the SEO Growth Strategy
Identification of target keywords and potential gains
Definition of strategies and corresponding action plans
Plan of winning over the competition
>SEO Content: Steering the content to be produced with our editorial referent to achieve the SEO objectives.
definition of the roadmap according to the impact
Identification of opportunities
Organizing the scalability of content creation (freelance / internal)
>SXO: You work with the impact teams to establish a true synergy between the product and SEO and adapt the user experience on site to ensure that we meet the intent expressed via the search engine.
>Technical SEO: you are responsible for the technical health of the sites you are in charge of and ensure with the Tech team a good SEO hygiene of the site
>SEO performance monitoring: position monitoring, page performance, opportunity detection.
You should be a great fit if :
You have at leat 5 years of experience as SEO specialist or consultant : Keyword marketing skills required, with the ability to understand the concepts of “Search Intent” and “User Journey
You master Google Search Console and GA at your fingertips and one or several of the following tools: Screaming Frog, SemRush, MyPoseo, Oncrawl, Majestic SEO, etc..
You are tech savy, productivity oriented and like to automate things
Your strong Data & analytical skills and your test&learn approach enable you to deliver strong results.
You are fluent in French and English
You are a real team player, curious, rigorous and persistent
1st experience in start up / scale up / fast growing environment is a plus
