The agency is looking for a Sales Agent to manage the DACH (German-speaking) and Dutch markets. You will advise travelers, design tailor-made itineraries, and ensure a high level of service from the first contact until the end of the journey.
The position can be based in Muscat (preferred) or remote, depending on the candidate’s profile. You will report to the Supervisor or Managing Director and contribute directly to both sales performance and customer satisfaction.

🧭 Sales & customer support
Advise travelers contacting the agency through the Evaneos platform and build a strong first connection.
Understand each client’s expectations, travel style, and specific needs in order to design customized itineraries.
Provide detailed guidance about Oman’s destinations, culture, and traditions to create inspiring proposals.
Design tailor-made travel programs aligned with internal standards and client budgets.
💼 Operations & practical management
Prepare accurate quotations and validate pricing in line with company processes.
Coordinate bookings with hotels, guides, and transport providers to ensure smooth logistics.
Manage billing procedures and follow up on payments when required.
Ensure all services are properly confirmed and organized before departure.
🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip
Act as the main contact for travelers before their stay.
Monitor trip quality and proactively ensure client satisfaction.
Handle complaints, changes, or unexpected situations with professionalism and empathy, working closely with the supervisor.
Collect feedback after the trip and contribute to long-term client loyalty.
🌱 Responsible tourism
Promote sustainability practices within all proposed itineraries.
Select eco-conscious suppliers and partners whenever possible.
Educate travelers about responsible behavior and cultural respect in Oman.

2–4 years of experience in tourism, sales, or customer service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
