As the contract will be with the local agency, the job could contain any or more of the following duties :

• Call prospects in France to collect travel information and determine client needs.
• Drafting the best proposal possible to suit their needs.
• Follow up with clients on proposals and close the deal.
• Review/approval of the travel quotation with Sales Manager
• Communicate with the operation team and make sure that all the bookings are completed.
• Follow up with the clients before they arrive and send their roadbooks.
• Reporting to Sales manager
• Attend to the weekly team meeting

• Well organized to manage several inquiries at the same time.
