You will be in charge of direct sales with Evaneos customers. You will be the person who receives inquiries through the Evaneos platform and the main contact for travelers. As the contract will be with the local agency, the job could contain any or more of the following duties :

• Understand travelers expectations
• Main contact for clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences : tailor-made itineraries
• Match travelers’ requirements with transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.
• Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities
• Responsible for billing the travelers
• Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour operators
• Booking management: reservation with hotels and other services
• Quality monitoring during the trip

Additional information

• Contract Type: CLT – formal contract in the Brazilian Law
• Workload: 04-hours period to start – with possibility to go to full contract with 08 hours per day until tge end of the year
• Local: home-office (we will provide computer and a help for internet per month)
• Salary: R$ 1300,00 – after 3 months we can also pay commission based on our internal goals
• Benefits: meal voucher + health plan (50% paid by the company)
• Precise location: our office is based in Curitiba – Paraná, but we are hiring from anywhere in Brazil
• Starting dates: immediately

Main Skills :

• Graduated in Tourism, International Relations, languages or related areas
• Good knowledge of Word, G-mail, Drive and Excel tools
• Good organization and communication skills
• Good capacity to work in team
• Languages - English or Portuguese - French Fluent (Advanced): Must read write and speak fluent French
• Easiness with technologies and systems
• Have availability for travel

Desirable skills :

• Have worked in agency or tour operator with operation and or travel agency
• Good knowledge of the most important tourist destinations in Brazil: Rio de Janeiro, Foz do Iguaçu, Salvador, Amazon and Pantanal
• Good knowledge of the Ecotourism destinations in Brazil
• Like to travel and meet new places and other cultures
• Experience with customer service
