Role Summary
The Communication Professional promotes Euronext’s image both internally to employees and externally through, special events and briefings on a group wide and country basis.
Key accountabilities:
Support the execution of Euronext’s internal communication and events strategy, in line with the organisation’s global communication strategy and plans.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, in particular Communications and HR, to define and execute a robust and innovative internal communications and events, aligned to the wider business strategy.
Organization of internal communication’s activities
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as intranet, newsletters and regular email bulletins.
Create and deliver successful creative communications and events to engage and enthuse employees, as to achieve strong business results.
Maximize the effectiveness of the Euronext intranet.
Work seamlessly with the broader communications team to ensure consistency of messaging across Europe and across all businesses within the group.
Support ideas and promote Employer branding across the Group through internal tools, as well as with internal/external initiatives and projects.
Support the organization, logistics planning and delivery of some business events ensuring brand consistency and using the company tools to promote them.
Support with the organization of photoshoots/special projects with internal colleagues or external stakeholders.
Good understanding of brand guidelines to ensure compliance of internal branding, marketing and event materials with the support of the Group graphic agency.
Regular updating of the website connected to Events activities.
Support with legal and compliance activities connected to event management (liaising with Legal Team for contracts, onboarding of new suppliers, raising POs).
