The position

Job description

At a Group level, the alternant Group HR Projects supports the Group HR Project manager in steering, monitoring and facilitation of the transversal HR projects such as:

  • Project Management
    • Participate to the design of HR transversal projects roadmap & planning and ensure implementation & monitoring (KPI definition and monitoring, actions plan definition and follow-up, stakeholders management)
    • Coordinate the different stakeholders (HR but also Finance, procurement, IT, business, …)
    • Monitor and communicate the HR operations roadmap with HR Group specialists (Talent, Comp&Ben, HRIS? …) and local HR
  • Organisation and processes:
    • Contribute to organization and HR processes projects follow-up and to their improvement and implementation (talent review, performance, recruitment, onboarding, …) (process simplification and scalability, update of our HR book of processes, …)
    • Develop and run change management actions (HR community training, communication and training for managers, …)
  • Facilitation of the global HR community (organization of meetings/workshops, presentation, KPI, knowledge sharing) ;
  • Participate to HR communication

The key responsibilities describe only the main activities and are not exhaustive. They evolve according to the ongoing projects (HRIS projects, ESG, new ways of working and collaboration,…).

Candidate's Profile

You follow a Bac +4/5 type training specializing in HR or business school.
You are curious, very dynamic and structured.
You have a strong interest in HR topics and the field of Finance, but also in project management.
You have an appetite for HR information systems (HRIS)
You are proficient with computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
You are fluent in English
