The position

Job description

Main Duties

  • Within a team of two trafic managers and under the management of the Growth Marketing Manager, day to day monitoring and optimizing Digital Campaigns for all EMEA region
  • Maintain the consistent brand image throughout all digital marketing initiatives (Awareness, Consideration, Engagement, Revenue campaigns)
  • Support sales goals via SEA, Social Media Ads, and Inbound campaigns
  • Operate online engagement strategy and develop data-influenced strategies for lead generation and e-commerce
  • Track and monitor user engagement and conversions and report findings to team, partners and management
  • Identify and develop new traffic-driving opportunities to increase reach and customer acquisition
  • Research relevant industry trends, new technologies, and potential vendors and digital collaborations
  • Evaluate market research, test results and competitive intelligence to adjust digital marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Relay actionable insights to stakeholders

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or E-commerce
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a media agency or in a advertiser managing campaigns day to day
  • Experienced in Google Analytics, GoogleAds & FacebookAds
  • Working knowledge of segmentation, emailing and marketing automation tool a plus (Hubspot)
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Independent self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic and fast-paced ad hands on environment
  • Works well under pressure, proactive, adaptable and fast moving environment

Languages required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English additional language skills

Other qualifications

  • Prior experience in Educational Market is preferred
