Reporting to the HR Director based in Paris, the position offers a wide range of duties:
Support new office HR setup in 3 different countries,
Support global HR operations for staff in Tukey and new offices,
HR administration and (outsourced) payroll,
Review HR processes and policies and insurance compliance with local regulations,
Build positive relationships with our leadership and managers to assist in the implementation of HR plans and programs,
Assure data accuracy in HRIS,
Works together with the talent acquisition manager to complete recruitments in a timely manner,
Actively contribute to the definition, improvement, and implementation of our Employee Experience.
Education and qualifications:
7+ years of experience owning and executing the full employee-cycle from start to end.
You have a BSc or MSc degree in Human Resource Management.
Organized and structured people’s person.
A hard-working and dedicated team-player.
Appetite for digital collaborative tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making skills.
Languages: Turkish and English, both verbal and in writing
Any other language is a plus
