MISSION

The role of the Product Designer is to drive Product UI/UX, do User Research, and Test Prototypes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving Product UI/UX

• Challenge features with Product Managers
• Continuously improve our design system
• Create designs for our web platform and our mobile app and challenge their feasibily with developers
• Test the implementation of your designs by our developers.
• Ensure monitoring and transmission on best practices and UX methodologies

Do User Research

• Plan the product discovery process to identify key challenges to tackle
• Coordinate and execute user interviews to define personas and problems to solve
• Realize competitive benchmarks
• Work closely with our users to design the customer journey on our mobile app and on our platform
• Work with product managers, developers, and data scientists to understand how our customers use our product and what they need to succeed

Test Prototypes

• Undertake user interviews
• Create interactive prototypes and challenge them with customers and our teams

• Past experiences or projects on designing mobile apps or web platforms
• You master Sketch
• You know how to use InVision
