Internship of minimum 6 months.

This is what you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for the weekly/monthly reporting of the customer feedback received through multiple touchpoints (NPS, CSAT, Delivery satisfaction, Trustpilot, …).
  • You will own the different points of feedback and be responsible for the optimization of those different channels.
  • You will share your results with the team, and help each sub-team improve based on your research by developing clear, actionable insights.
  • You will be responsible for ad-hoc reporting to improve Emma’s customer experience, i.e. when launching a new product or platform.
  • You will make independent decisions that are within your field of work. 
  • This is what you’ll bring us:

  • Ideally, you are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus!
  • Strong analytical mindset, good knowledge of Excel and data analysis to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • You are empathetic, meticulous, and willing to push the ‘extra-mile’ to put a smile on our customers’ face
