What you’ll be doing 🧠

As our Growth Marketer, you will have full ownership of the whole funnel from acquisition to retention. You will have the ressources and the lead to test, iterate over and scale channels in order to create a best-in-class growth machine.

You will report to Patricia (CEO co-founder).

Acquisition:
Own our conversion funnel to reach 100,000 users by end of 2022! Experiment on our acquisition roadmap, creative strategy, and content calendars

  • Imagine, iterate and validate growth models to identify channels for user growth
  • Implement a best-in-class tool stack, test & learn mode with a fail fast learn faster state-of-mind, scale successful acquisition channel, report on budget & kpis
  • Define our social media strategy to build brand awareness
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research on existing users to identify funnel opportunities to influence our acquisition strategy

Activation:

  • Work with product and design to validate and scale our viral acquisition loops
  • Traffic is useless if not converted -> work hand in hand with product to create a best in class onboarding experience (product, email sequences, in-app messages, etc.), strong analytical mindset to identify funnel drop and iterate over, product marketing to help users get value,

Retention:

  • Hook individual users for their productivity
  • Expand in organization to become the go-to productivity hub for ambitious teams

Tracking:
Implement and analyse and manage the tracking of our global marketing performance

  • Embrace the testing process to form and validate data-driven hypotheses to accelerate acquisition and revenue
  • Define and put in place the tracking system (we currently have Google Analytics + Mixpanel)
  • Analyse ROI of our channels and ad-hoc actions
  • Create dashboards to review what’s working / or not / and iterate efficiently
  • Present insights from growth experiments successes and failures to the team

We are not searching for the hack but for long term growth builder with a pirate approach. We’re starting to structure our GTM approach, so this is a great opportunity to grow the team!

  • 3+ years of experience across multiple marketing-led acquisition channels, ideally (but not necessarily) gained in Tech/SaaS/Product-Led-Growth environments
  • Strong knowledge of a product led motion and a bottom-up go-to-market
  • Proven track record of building channels from scratch to deliver traffic, users, and revenue
  • A data-driven foundation
  • Strong communication skills, and experience dealing with both technical and non-technical members
  • Curiosity and understanding of traditional and emerging channels used for driving traffic, acquiring users, and converting customers
  • Full proficiency in English
