Amongst the first employees of Cohort team, you will have the unique opportunity to work on our strategy, sales, growth, operations, and product, together with Séraphie and Nathan the co-founders of this ambitious project. Working hand in hand with the founders will give you access to a unique work experience : get immersed in the startup creation process, face and solve strategic and practical business challenges, get a central role in the exciting early stages of a company, work closely with tech, product, and marketing teams.

You will be involved in:

• Strategy - supporting founders on go-to-market and strategy topics by running analyses
• Sales - researching relevant sales target and handling outbound campaigns to generate leads
• Growth - handling marketing and communication streams to help Cohort establish itself as market leader
• Operations - supporting founders on the day-to-day operations to scale and automate operations

• You graduated from a top business or engineering school
• You have 2 years+ of experience in a challenging environment (e.g., strategy consulting firm, VC firm, high-growth startup…)
• You are autonomous, curious, and self-driven
• You will be involved in many topics (sales, strategy, marketing, ops) and thus run many new challenges at one time
• You have an excellent business sense and a keen interest in technology, especially in B2B SaaS, tech, and Web3
