Because we sincerely believe that different cultures and backgrounds can generate new useful skills for our daily tasks. Currently, EasyMovie is composed of 11 different nationalities (french, american, tunisian, romanian, russian, moroccan, iranian, lebanese, venezuelanian, indian, togolese) and we are always searching to expand this list!

Social responsibility

Environmental and societal missions are very important to us at EasyMovie. Indeed, we actively participate in multiple subjects in order to sensitize our employees internally and externally.

We have already dealt with several CSR subjects during different events such as :

Disability Awareness Week

During workshops supported by our partners, AGEFIPH (association responsible for supporting the development of employment for people with disabilities), our employees were able to find out how to identify people with disabilities and how provide them with an ideal environment to their development

Sustainable Development Week

During workshops held by our colleagues, we all measured our carbon footprint and discovered new tips that can help us build a healthy world for all. A textile recycling collection was carried out with the help of our partners and we gave a second life to 100 wardrobes.

Recycling of electronic devices

With the help of our partners, Triethic, we were able to internally collect and recycle 20 kg of electronic devices

  • To communicate on these missions, we have set up webinars so that our remote colleagues can access them and get information in a simple way. In addition, events/meetings are organized internally in our office in order to raise the awareness of EasyMovie's actors in priority. For us, it is essential to put sustainable development into practice throughout the company.

HQ DAYS

Each month, we gather together in the office and we celebrate the successes of the period that just passed, we congratulate each other and we define together the aspects that need to be improved.

Our top management is presenting the evolution of our company and the direction we are going, in order to keep everybody informed and engaged.
