Context

As a leading Autonomous Transportation System provider, EasyMile is involved in a growing range of international projects and is looking for the support of a dynamic, tech savvy, Project Manager.

As a subsidised project manager at EasyMile you will have an exciting role, mixing classical project management with the consolidation of solutions and technologies roadmaps. You will need to show a good ability to deal with numerous partners and with all the R&D teams at EasyMile. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the creation of the autonomous mobility of the future.

Your first mission will be to lead a publicly funded project we are currently working on in the field of goods transportation. You will be interacting with 28 other partners from all around Europe and will help to deliver one of the biggest EU funded projects in the field of Logistics Automation. You will coordinate the internal technical wok to help deliver 4 autonomous vehicle demonstration while cooperating with experts from across the industry to ensure general project progress. You will thus be the key link between our external stakeholders and our internal strategy.

• Ensure the different projects needs and opportunities are properly communicated internally
• Coordinate the development of specific developments from a technical perspective
• Ensure the features and studies are delivered according to their priorities and plans.
• Lead, prioritise and manage the project with our external partners and stakeholders
• Ensure proper reporting and documentation of all project activities
• Take an active role in continuously improving our internal processes

Position details

• Contract: permanent full time
• Location: Toulouse (31), partial remote is possible
• Occasional Business travels within Europe to be expected
• Partial remote is possible

We are looking for:

• Very good oral and written English (German would be a plus)
• Very good communication skills with partners
• 3+ years experience in multi-partners projects management
• Analytical, attention to details and ability to summarise
• Demonstrated interest for innovation, new technologies and, ideally, autonomous driving
• Ability to find the right balance between our moving technical roadmap and projects expectations
• Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit
• Driving licence (type B)

Desirable:

• Experiences in robotics, driverless vehicles or related fields
• Experiences in R&D or innovation projects
• Experiences in management of EU funded projects or active participation in a funded R&D project

• 30 minutes call with a recruitment advisor
