R&D Engineer: C++ Junior Developer - Autonomous Stack - CDI Toulouse

Position details

Permanent full-time contract (CDI temps plein). Starting as soon as possible, depending on your availability.

EasyMile has new projects and the R&D team is growing! We are expanding our vehicles’ catalogue, therefore we are looking for our future colleague to help us develop our products. You will join a team of 50 R&D engineers at the cutting edge of autonomous navigation technology.

Your future responsibilities / Mission:

• Design, document, implement source code with high quality focus
• Ensure the features as defined in the product roadmaps are delivered according to their priorities and plans
• Implement and maintain unit tests and integration tests, with maximum of automation
• Test your development on Easymile test track in the vehicle
• Analyse logs taken from the field (Test and Validation, deployment or customer) and fix issues
• Support the teams (test or deployment) on the test bench or in the vehicle

We are looking for:

• Some experience and strong affinity with modern C++ development (C++14 and up)
• Some experience in automated testing
• Degree in Computer Science
• Professional level in English

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Knowledge of Git
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and/or Delivery processes
• Knowledge in asynchronous embedded systems
• Knowledge of agile development
