EasyMile has new projects and the perception team is growing!
We are expanding our vehicles’ catalogue, therefore we are looking for our future colleague to help us increase our features. You will join a team of 50 R&D engineers at the cutting edge of autonomous navigation technology.

Your future responsibilities

In the R&D team, you will work with other scientists to tackle perception problems and define the next algorithmic stack for our autonomous driving software. Your responsibilities will be as follow:

  • Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for multi object tracking and multi-sensor fusion applied to lidar, radar and other sensor data
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of continuous performance measurement tools
  • Contribute to the definition of the technical roadmap
  • Perform and write bibliographic studies
  • Support development and follow up code integration until it is production-ready

Preferred experience

We are looking for

  • PhD. in robotics with a focus on bayesian estimation, bayesian sensor fusion or related fields (at least 1 peer reviewed publication in an international conference)
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to communicate and share knowledge with the rest of the team
  • Knowledge in C++ and Python, or similar programming languages

Desirable

  • Applied experience with multi-sensor fusion, multi-object tracking or extended object tracking
  • Theoretical knowledge or experience in machine learning or motion prediction
  • Experience with processing lidar, radar or image data

Recruitment process

  • 30 minutes call with the HR manager

  • Technical test with the team

  • One hour interview with the manager and the recruitment manager
