The very first role of the Regional Head of Sales is to provide leadership over the sales department of his region. The Head of Sales is in charge of defining and implementing the sales strategy, developing weekly/monthly/annual sales review with his team members and with upper management, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
