The very first role of the Regional Head of Sales is to provide leadership over the sales department of his region. The Head of Sales is in charge of defining and implementing the sales strategy, developing weekly/monthly/annual sales review with his team members and with upper management, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.

Your future responsibilities :

As a key leader of the Sales department, your missions will be :

  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.throughout his region
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Set the organization of his team
  • Once approved by his management hire/promote/ move the team members accordingly
  • Lead and motivate the sales team in view of optimizing sales achievements

Your main activities :

  • Closely follow up progress of prospection action and deal closing all the way through the sale cycle
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Develop and lead weekly sales review with his team mates
  • Develop and lead monthly and quarterly sales reviews with upper management
  • Keep track of sales opportunities in the Odoo CRM
  • Update on a weekly base the sales forecast report.
  • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Establish a sales training program to train new employees.

Desiderable on this position:

  • Strong prospection strategy / lead generation
  • Good knowledge in sales cycle management
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • knowledge of Odoo CRM
  • Prospecting and dealing with French and European government institutions

Preferred experience

We are looking for:

  • Master Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Strong experience as Sales manager is required, minimum 10 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Interest in technology and ability to learn quickly EasyMile’s autonomous technology
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Strong leadership and negociation skills,
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment
  • A commitment to knowledge, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction
  • Proactive and take initiative on new ideas and approaches
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and French

  • 1 hour meeting with one of member of the team
  • 1 hour meeting with the COO Benoit Perrin
