Your future responsibilities :

  • Deployment of Easymile driverless vehicles on customer sites.
  • Vehicle route setup, testing and validation.
  • Customer site requirements analysis and overall pre sales assessment.
  • Customer site risk assessment.
  • Troubleshooting vehicle breakdowns.
  • Perform mechanical or electrical modifications as part of the R&D activity.
  • Perform repairs and checks the proper functioning of vehicles.
  • Supervise repairs involving external service providers (external company) to intervene on the vehicle.
  • Perform the calibration, adjustment and parameterization operations for the various vehicle components.
  • Perform vehicle software updates and firmware updates on electronic equipment.
  • On-site training of vehicle operator and maintenance personnel.

Preferred experience

We are looking for:
For this hands-on role, a Bachelor of Engineering/Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics is preferred.
Service and customer oriented, sense of initiative, objective driven.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team player, positive attitude, concise and reporting prone.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and decentralised environment.
A commitment to knowledge, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate with supervisors and customers and maintain good customer relations both in person and over the phone.
Able to work independently with limited supervision.
Must have a valid Driver’s License with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years
cannot have more than 1 violation of driving under the influence of alcohol or any drug within the last 10 years.
Fluency in written and oral English.
Position is based in the OH,KY,TN region for the first 4 months for onsite customer support, training and operations. After this first assignment, the position will be based in Denver, CO.
Travel requirement: up to 75%
