As the Growth Marketing Manager at Early Metrics, you will run, optimize and keep building a lead acquisition engine to drive predictable and scalable growth!
If you love uncovering new methods to generate leads, not only thanks to digital platforms and automation tools, but also through lead generation partnerships and event management, this opportunity is for you.
Reporting directly to our VP Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with our Marketing and Sales team, to optimize and scale our lead generation engine.
Supported by your Sales & Marketing intern, your mission is to feed our local and international Sales teams with qualified C-level leads from F500 companies.
Your missions in digital acquisition:
- Develop our website as a lead generation tool, improve its performance thanks to a strong SEO, and explore potential integrations with external tools, with the goal of generating qualified inbound leads,
- Successfully run and optimize our outbound emailing strategy, and set up a clear testing and deploying roadmap including scope, targets, and metrics,
- Continue testing and running paid media campaigns to generate qualified leads (Google ads, Linkedin ads,..),
- Organise regular webinars to drive lead generation and brand awareness,
- Be the go-to person for CRM management (Salesforce) and make sure Sales team adopt your improvements to boost their sales performance,
- Optimize our use of Social Networks to drive brand awareness and lead generation, in close collaboration with our communication team,
- Work closely with the Content Manager to align content use and message to your lead generation needs,
- Build reporting to continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, and adapt the campaign strategies,
- Manage and adapt budgets depending on campaigns performance.
Your missions in thought leadership partnerships and events:
- Develop Early Metrics brand awareness and thought leadership position by maintaining current external partnerships and events and developing new relevant ones,
- Identify, select, and negotiate Early Metrics’s involvement in external events, and coordinate with the sales teams to make sure they attend in the best conditions,
- Manage co-branded projects (white papers, webinars, speaking opportunities, etc.) with external parties to position Early Metrics as a thought leader on specific segments.
