It was Antoine Ferte's Open Source intrigue that made him join Dynatrace so many years ago. Along with the hope of feeling financially comfortable and being able to make a true impact. Today, it's been 18 years since his first day at Dynatrace and Antoine is still luckily feeling fulfilled and contributing to the success of our Sales Engineering Teams. As the Dynatrace Sales Engineer Director of France, Antoine leads our pre-sales professionals by teaching the balance of technical expertise and high level sales positioning. Which is as an evolving and ever-changing task that he deems as exciting!

Antoine looks forward to building upon the momentum in his region as well as get the opportunity to work with new features that our various global labs are working on as we speak--like Cloud Automation, DevOps, DevSecOps and more.

Segolene joined Dynatrace in 2015 to get the opportunity to work for a company that appreciates unity while also allowing you to learn, grow and succeed with innovation and support. Segolene has already had 2 roles within the company--She started as a Sales Development Representative and now is responsible for a strategic large accounts territory as an Enterprise Account Executive where she and her team drive revenue, forecast, and report sales activity to achieve their sales quotas.

Her main objective is to support and watch her clients succeed in their digital transformation using Dynatrace. As well as mentor new hires as they start their career within the #DynatraceLife.

Before joining Dynatrace in 2018, David worked for multiple years as a System/Network Engineer for a Cyber Security company. By luck, as he puts it, one of his projects was to manage the Synthetic Platform, a past Dynatrace product for a leading global retailer. This is where he met Dynatrace employees and was intrigued by their product, culture and team. After years of collaboration and working with the Dynatrace team from afar, he was encouraged to apply…and now he is a Dynatrace Consultant. As a Consultant, he works daily with customers who purchase the Dynatrace platform to implement, advise and provide technical expertise to ultimately improve their business performance.

For David, the last few years at Dynatrace have been exceptional in terms of growth and learning new things. He looks forward to continuing his consulting journey and strives to reach a leadership position to share his knowledge with an even larger community.

Prior to joining the Dynatrace team, Philippe Ramssamy already had a good idea of the high quality Dynatrace platform through a demonstration he attended on service management related topics. Moreover, his existing contacts at Dynatrace France were very positive about the structure, which ultimately led him to apply. The team spirit and technological excellence were the two main reasons that Philippe decided to join Dynatrace.

Philippe’s journey as a Sales Engineer at Dynatrace is primarily driven by the needs and objectives of his customers. In turn, these needs feed use cases and offer many opportunities for Philippe to deepen his knowledge of the platform. On a daily basis, Philippe uses classic vectors of proof of value, especially demos on a Dynatrace environment, or proof of concepts within customers environments. Today, Philippe is also working on the latest technology from Dynatrace – Grail. With Grail, Dynatrace provides an innovative response to the phenomenon of using existing information that is not already easily accessible at hand. The next step for Philippe is to enable Dynatrace customers to exploit all their data via Grail, regardless of the data history, nature or location, to meet their functional and operations goals.

Sebastien Huet joined Dynatrace 11 years ago after being referred by a friend that worked here. Sebastien was looking for a dynamic company with smart people, while pursuing a more business-oriented career. He soon found exactly what he was looking for at Dynatrace.

Sebastien began his Dynatrace journey as a Sales Engineer for 5 years before transferring to his current role as a Strategic Customer Success Manager 6 years ago. He made this shift away from the technology side due to his goal to follow his clients in their digital transformation projects. This change also allowed Sebastien to work closely with the Account Executives and to discuss even more business-oriented and strategic subjects with his customers.

In his future at Dynatrace, Sebastien hopes to improve his skills in strategic consulting and support his customers by advising them in their strategic decisions regarding their digital transformation. For Sebastien, one of the best parts of working at Dynatrace is the freedom to carry out additional projects such as improving collaboration between teams, increasing the skills of new resources, and more!
