The position

Job description

  • You will lead the improvement, design, development and maintenance of our global R&D talent acquisition processes and workflows, due to to local and global needs
  • You ensure the implementation, communication & application of these processes and workflows throughout the Talent Acquisition team and measure on their effectiveness
  • You review, evaluate and create (global) R&D recruiting programs & initiatives.
  • You understand and drive concepts, tools, and vendors to map to the strategy of the global R&D TA team.
  • You are responsible for our Application Tracking System (workflow integration, processes, reporting, etc.) and are the main contact person for the R&D TA team and Hiring Managers for topics around the ATS 
  • You manage and analyze recruiting data, monitor trends, and prepare reports that provide decision support to the TA function and the business

Preferred experience

  • several years of experience within a Talent Acquisition function, ideally with focus IT/Software
  • Strong across-the-board functional Recruitment/Talent Acquisition knowledge including, process management, organization design and development.
  • Experience in designing and executing of (global) recruiting processes and workflows
  • Experience in building new programs, measuring impact of the programs and iterating on them to improve
  • strong project management skills to drive successful improvement projects to completion
  • Ability to establish strong cross functional relationships, understanding business needs and clarifying program/project requirements 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly, and get things done in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
