Paris is the first city to benefit from the new Dott electric bicycle service.

Job description

We believe in a future where inner cities are free of cars, congestion and pollution. By offering our dockless electrical scooters and bikes as convenient alternatives for short-distance travel, we believe we can make that future possible. Founded in Europe, Dott is comprised of a highly experienced team of inquisitive minds in mobility and tech. What we do today has a tangible impact on tomorrow. We reached our in-house sustainability target of 100% renewable energy, and ensure equitability in our communities through collaborating with city charities, officials and safety boards.

In order to support Dott’s growth and the launch of our service in a new city, we are looking for an intern to support the HR & Operations team to build the teams, from recruiting to onboarding.

What you'll do

  • Supporting the HR onboarding process for our operations team, from recruitment to the first day experience 
  • Supporting administration of day-to-day HR matters included in the employment lifecycle as new hire documentation or the subscription to benefits
  • Contributing to market specific HR projects 
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • What you'll need:

  • We look forward to welcoming you in August for a period between 3 and 6 months. This position will be based in Milan
  • You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Business or HR
  • Ideally full time availability
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in both in Italian and English
  • Basic knowledge of local labor legislationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently
