Dott currently operates a fleet of over 40,000 electric scooters in major cities in Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain and the UK. Paris is the first city to benefit from the new Dott electric bicycle service.

Job description

We believe in a future where inner cities are free of cars, congestion and pollution. By offering our dockless electrical scooters and bikes as convenient alternatives for short-distance travel, we believe we can make that future possible. We reached our in-house sustainability target of 100% renewable energy, and ensure equitability in our communities through collaborating with city charities, officials and safety boards.

In order to support Dott’s growth and the launch of our service in a new city, we are looking for an intern to support the HR & Operations team to build the teams, from recruiting to onboarding.

What you'll do

  • Supporting the HR onboarding process for our operations team, from recruitment to the first day experience 
  • Supporting administration of day-to-day HR matters included in the employment lifecycle as new hire documentation or the subscription to benefits
  • Contributing to market specific HR projects 
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • What you'll need:

  • We look forward to welcoming you in August for a period between 3 and 6 months. This position will be based in Milan
  • You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Business or HR
  • Ideally full time availability
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in both in Italian and English
  • Basic knowledge of local labor legislationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently
