Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader for our Social Ads Experts team, managing Paid Media Campaigns for 150+ active clients across Europe. Your team is in charge of investing Dolead’s budget in paid media campaigns to deliver high quality volumes of leads while optimizing Dolead profitability.

This role requires a balanced mix between creativity and analytical skills, and a really performance-driven mindset.

The role :

Team management (EMEA) :

  • Manage, coach and grow a performance-focused team of 5 Paid Social Experts (+ more to recruit in the future!)
  • Help them test, learn and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies
  • Mentor them to improve their paid acquisition expertise, and spread your vision towards the team.

Business performance / Paid Media Net Revenue Rate and profitability :

  • Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) of your team's portfolio (60+ active clients) and continuously drive them to improve the performance of their campaigns
  • Challenge the team on our Top10 clients or high-potential ones
  • Create and manage high budget campaigns on few key accounts

Project Management with Sales, Marketing Ops & Tech counterparts :

  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing-Ops, Creative and Tech teams to ensure the most performing acquisition funnel and tools, en to ensure consistency
  • Organize best practices sharing with other Dolead Growth/Performance teams (US team & Dolead Agency)
  • Input Tech Roadmap and synchro with Product team to contribute to Dolead technology advantage.

What we are looking for :

  • Min. 4 years experience in Digital Marketing/Paid Acquisition (Facebooks Ads), including a first managerial experience (hiring, mentoring)
  • Performance mindset
  • Creative sensitivity
  • High problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proactive, data-driven and rigorous
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage cross team projects
  • Ability to work with and drive our partners
  • Fluent in French & English (English as the working language)
