To hit our goals, Dolead is searching for a motivated performance-driven marketing expert to join our Performance Marketing Department. You will have the chance to join a team that plays a major role in Dolead’s global growth.

Main responsibilities - scope EMEA :

• Manage high-budget advertising campaigns on paid media channels (+150k€/month)
• Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume and revenue
• Test, learn, and iterate
• Help unlock new business opportunities
• Work hand-in-hand with Dolead’s Sales and Marketing experts to build and operate state-of-the-art acquisition funnels
• Collaborate with our internal tech team on next-generation solutions

Profile:

We are looking for motivated and excited team members! Creative doers and ambitious data-driven mindsets.

Must have:

• 2y+ experience in digital marketing (SEO, Email Marketing, Paid Media, Digital Growth and Marketing automation)
• Proactive, problem-solving & data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills
• Eager to be part of an international environment (Intermediate English mandatory)
• Sharing Dolead’s corporate values (Data wins argument; Work Hard / Play Hard; POC and Scale; Your Success is my Success)

Nice to have:

• Experience in Lead Generation
• Multi-account management
