Doctolib is looking for a StaffTechnical Program Manager to join our Technical Program Management team in Engineering and support our strong growth ambition on new products and services for healthcare professionals.

Tech & Product is at the center of Doctolib’s development. Because those ambitions don’t come easily, we built a dedicated team of 600+ people (Product, Data, Design, Engineering) aimed at building Doctolib’s new products and internal expansion. This sometimes requires heavy lifting on deeply technical projects, which is where the TPM role becomes key.

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for Doctolib’s most strategic Tech & Product transversal technical programs (scaling of our Monolith, deployment of our accessibility initiative, rollout of features spanning across multiple verticals, new countries launch, etc.). You will own problems end
-to
-end, from planning to execution. 

Your missions

• Own transversal problems end
  -to
  -end
  - You will partner closely with Engineering, Product and other partner teams to set the vision, strategy, technical direction and success metrics for the programs you are running. Among possible programs: new product features, scalability & reliability of our platform and codebase, risk management and prioritization.
• Be a Technical Leader
  - As a TPM, you will be working with Engineers and developing strong technical knowledge that will add value beyond your project management skills. You will help set a vision, identify potential technical blockers and influence Doctolib’s strategic decisions.
• Manage & Communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
  - You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from leadership to individual teams, with more or less technical expertise. You will communicate on progress, drive alignment on milestones and deliverables, and solve potential conflicting priorities. 
• Build scalable processes
  - You’ll develop processes and frameworks to empower teams to deliver with zero friction. You will help Doctolib standardize its practices to industrialize the program management function. 

Your Profile

• You have at least 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a Tech company
• You have experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can convey technical concepts to experts and non
  -experts
• You are very result/action
  -oriented and have strong project management skills
• You have good organizational and time management skills, and are able to work independently
• You can navigate ambiguous situations with ease and resilience
• You are pragmatic and know when to make trade
  -offs to make progress, not reach perfection
• You can build relationships and influence stakeholders successfully
• You are professionally fluent in English
