Your mission
As an HRIS Specialist, your mission will be to manage our HCM and Absences streams: manage projects (especially our integrator), deploy new features on your own, support end users.
Directly reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will work closely with the People Operations Department.
Within 1 week you will:
- Enroll in our onboarding program to discover the missions of Doctolib and understand how our organization works
- Learn about all our productivity tools that we are using at Doctolib
- Join a team of 4 persons that strives to build the best HRIS to all Doctolibers.
Within 1 month you will:
- Meet the People Strategy team and all your relevant counterparts
- Establish your monthly/quarterly/annual roadmap with your manager
- Attend if needed a 1 week program led by Workday to learn Workday HCM fundamentals
- Understand how we measure the Workday NPS at Doctolib and what are the areas of improvement you will work on
Within 3 months you will:
- Take ownership of the maintenance of HCM/Absences configuration
- Build new features (reporting, new roles, etc..) following roadmap defined with your manager
- Start auditing the current documentation and configuration and progressively own your streams:
- Bottleneck identification
- Improvement definition
- Feature Roadmap creation: action plan with dates
Within 12 month you will:
- Deploy the roadmap defined in your first quarter
- Learn how Compensation & Benefits is managed in Workday and starts owning this stream
- Deploy new roles and their associated dashboard along with our integration and reporting lead
You will be have impact on the results of 3 KPIs at the heart of Workday team:
- Workday Usage Metrics: maintain the high level of Workday Usage (above 95%)
- Maintain Workday support satisfaction above 90%
- Increase Workday NPS constantly
Your skills
- Your mantra is Keep It Simple. You always have in mind the usability of what you are working on and what will be the impacts of your actions to all Doctolibers.
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience with Workday or a similar HCM solution (Successfactors, Oracle, Talentsoft…) whether at a consulting company or in an internal team.
- You have the capacity to understand business needs and convert them into technical design.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;
- You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;
- You recognize yourself in our SCALES values (Service, Care, Act, Learn, Enjoy, Structure);
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
- You are fluent in English. Italian or German is a plus;
