Mung Ki is a highly accomplished global digital executive, with over 20 years of experience in top management with large companies such as Mastercard or BPCE. He also deployed commercially the Orange Money service in Africa and the Middle East. He joined Ditto in December 2018 to build Ditto’s offerings as well as its vision, with one main goal: really rattling the banking industry!
His international background (he has lived in New York and London and speaks 3 languages) and rare combination of business and technology skills, make him a unique leader in the startup ecosystem. Mung Ki graduated from Polytechnique in France and was a visiting professor in the Design Management Program at the Pratt Institute in New York!
After several years working for major banking groups, Roseline has decided to make an important move in her career by joining Ditto and experiencing the startup world. Her ability to go beyond her comfort zone and to take controlled risks has allowed her to have a great career evolution within Ditto, in just one year. Her main goal is to assist organizations going through transformation and adaptation, thanks to well-designed methods and processes; a crucial need when launching a business!
Graduated in 2016, Maxime is a Product expert of the Financial sector. After several years as a Product Owner in different major French banks such as Société Générale and Crédit Agricole, he took the lead of two feature teams at Ditto as a Product Manager. At Ditto, he contributes to the definition and execution of the Product strategy and supports the dev teams by prioritizing the most relevant and added value features.
Aina graduated from Ecole Centrale. She started her career as a Solution Architect and Tech Architect for a consulting firm, helping corporates to implement technical projects. Then she helped companies leading their digital transformation by defining their IT infrastructure & architecture, a role that she kept when she joined Ditto in 2019. As an enterprise architect, she contributes to define Ditto’s technology strategy and support product, dev, security and devops teams to make sure the platform is built with the most innovative technologies and answering partners’ needs the best way.
Ditto is building its own “Banking-as-a-Service” cloud native platform, developed with the most advanced technologies and an event-streaming microservice architecture. Based on Kafka technology and highly automated processes, it puts data at the core of the system and is designed to provide modular services, able to manage operations in real-time and at a lower cost.
With its full French banking license associated with advanced technology, Ditto enables fintechs to seamlessly distribute banking products and services that require high regulation and complex technology.
The platform will be focused on three main offers:
- Credit-as-a-Service : already available for short-term loans. Extended to other types of loans in 2020;
- Compliance-as-a-Service: Ditto already offers a fast issuance of deposit certificates easily integrated in the customer journey. A complete range of identification and authentication services will be unveiled in 2020 (KYC, etc).
- Accounts, payments and card solutions to be unveiled in 2020.
More than fifty developers and project managers, half of Ditto’s teams, are dedicated to building and enriching the service infrastructure. In 2019, Ditto hired experts from banking and new technology to offer customers the best of both banking and technology.
