Job description:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), your mission will be to identify, approach, attract and hire the best people, in accordance with the company needs and our high level of standard.
The TAM is a key role at Diabolocom, whose activity is truly recognized as a key driver to our success, with direct visibility to top management. The role goes way beyond sourcing and following the hiring process, it is about finding the right people, with the right personality that matches our ambition and culture!
Your missions as a TAM will be to:
Actively identity and approach relevant profiles through the use of the classic recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Xing, Google…) but also through creative initiatives
Pre-assess profiles, both on skills and personality, through CV review and phone/video calls
Manage and drive every step of the hiring process with the candidate and the managers
Manage campus relationships to allow trainees and future graduates to discover our business and job opportunities
Create and maintain a great candidate experience by being structured, rigorous and reactive
Preferred experience:
You have a proven successful experience in sourcing candidates, including tech profiles, in a multicultural environment and competitive market
You are agile and you are constantly looking for new ways of sourcing highly sought-after candidates through innovative methods
You are well organized and detail-oriented, and are able to prioritize
You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously
You have strong listening skills, intuition and empathy
You speak French & English fluently and enjoy working in an international environment
